I'm Russ Webster.

At the heart of my world, are my roles as a husband and a dad to my incredible young daughter, who navigates life with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy).

This personal journey follows over two decades of dedicated service in the Royal Navy, which began in 1998.

Outside of family, I find release and inspiration in mountain biking adventures and exploring new landscapes. These diverse experiences – the discipline and resilience honed in the military, the unwavering commitment to family, and the constant need for balance in challenging circumstances – have shaped my perspective and led me to create The Dads World.

My goal is to share those lessons and help you, as a dad, move beyond 'average' to become the hero your children deserve and the partner you aspire to be.

And that brings me to this: Alright, listen up: let's talk about finding your balance in life. It's fundamentally like learning to ride a bike.

Picture those stretches of smooth, unimpeded progress where everything just flows, and you're really building momentum. But then, get ready for the bumps – those pivotal moments that will truly test how steady and resilient you become. I've navigated these terrains, and now I'm here as your dedicated guide and pit crew to support you in getting back on track and regaining your equilibrium whenever things feel a little off kilter.

Our strategy will be to capitalize on the thriving times, maximizing that momentum, and to actively learn and grow through the challenging, even transformative ones. This journey to balance requires us to work together.
